About this Opportunity:

We are looking for an experienced Site Superintendent to lead day-to-day construction activities to lead day-to-day construction activities across projects primarily located in Lennox and Addington, Frontenac, Leeds and Grenville, and Prince Edward County. Job site locations may vary depending on the Company's construction projects.

Working closely with the VP of Construction, Project Manager, and Project Coordinator, you will oversee subcontractors and site personnel, coordinate trades, monitor progress, and resolve issues as they arise. You will play a key role in maintaining site safety, ensuring quality workmanship, and driving projects toward successful completion.

The immediate focus of this position is a 7-storey, 85-unit condominium project currently in the finishing stages. You will take a hands-on leadership role in coordinating interior finishes, resolving deficiencies, supporting commissioning and occupancy, and ensuring the project is ready for final turnover.

Responsibilities, but not limited to:

- Lead and coordinate subcontractors and site personnel to ensure work is completed safely, efficiently, and according to schedule.
- Plan construction sequencing, site logistics, and short-term schedules to meet project milestones.
- Monitor progress, manpower, and productivity, addressing delays and resolving site issues as they arise.
- Review construction drawings and specifications, identify potential conflicts, and coordinate solutions with the project team.
- Monitor workmanship and ensure construction meets project specifications and quality standards.
- Maintain a safe, clean,



and organized job site in accordance with Ontario health and safety requirements.
- Identify deficiencies, coordinate corrective actions, and follow up to ensure timely resolution.
- Coordinate finishing trades across residential suites and common areas to maintain efficient work sequences and steady progress.
- Coordinate inspections, testing, and commissioning activities to support occupancy and project milestones.
- Prepare suites and common areas for inspections, ensuring outstanding items are tracked and resolved promptly.
- Maintain accurate site records and ensure completed work and installed finishes are protected from damage.
- Work closely with the Project Manager, Project Coordinator, consultants, and subcontractors to resolve issues and drive the project toward completion and final turnover.

Qualifications/Experience:

- Minimum 5 years of construction experience, including site supervision or a comparable leadership role.
- Experience with multi-unit residential or ICI construction projects is preferred.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Post-secondary education in construction management, civil engineering technology, or a related field is an asset.
- Strong understanding of construction sequencing, finishing trades, quality control, and project closeout.
- Ability to read and interpret construction drawings, specifications, and project documentation.
- Proven experience coordinating and directing multiple subcontractors and trades.
- Strong organizational, scheduling, and problem-solving skills.
- Effective leadership, communication, and conflict-resolution abilities.




- Working knowledge of Ontario construction health and safety requirements.
- Experience with condominium finishing, deficiency management, occupancy, and project turnover is an asset.
