We are seeking a Skilled Construction Labourer to join our dynamic construction team. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting various phases of construction projects by performing a wide range of manual and technical tasks. The ideal candidate will possess a robust work ethic, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to operate a variety of tools and equipment safely.

Responsibilities

Assist with reading and interpreting blueprints, schematics, and construction plans to ensure accurate execution of tasks. Operate hand tools, power tools, and heavy equipment safely and efficiently to perform tasks such as framing, concrete forming, and masonry work. Prepare construction sites by clearing debris, setting up scaffolding, and ensuring safety protocols are followed.



Perform concrete finishing, flooring installation, tile laying, and carpentry tasks with precision.

Support plumbing, electrical, and HVAC installations by following technical drawings and schematics. Carry out restoration work including surface preparation, caulking, painting, and drywall repair. Assist in the installation of cabinets, flooring, and other fixtures while adhering to project specifications. Use construction estimating skills to assist in material take-offs and project planning.
