Job Summary

We are seeking dedicated and detail-oriented professionals for the position of SNA, AA, or IBI. This role involves providing specialized support within the daycare setting, focusing on delivering quality assistance and fostering positive client interactions. Duties

- Assist the child with daily activities and personal care needs in accordance with care plans
- Support the implementation of individual treatment goals and therapeutic interventions
- Maintain accurate documentation of the child's progress
- Collaborate with team members to ensure comprehensive care and service continuity
- Follow safety protocols and organizational policies to promote a safe environment
- Participate in training sessions and professional development activities to enhance skills
- Communicate effectively with the child's families,



and healthcare professionals to coordinate care

Requirements

- Relevant certifications or licenses such as CNA, AA, IBI certification preferred but not mandatory
- Prior experience working with individuals requiring support or in healthcare settings is advantageous
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a multidisciplinary team
- Compassionate attitude with a commitment to client-centered care
- Ability to adhere to confidentiality and privacy standards
- Must be able to pass background checks and any required health screenings
