About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Part-Time Heavy Equipment / Loader Operator to join our winter snow team. You will be responsible for operating a front-end loader to plow commercial properties located primarily in the North End of Saskatoon. - Safely and efficiently operate a heavy front-end loader equipped with a plow/pusher to clear snow from commercial parking lots and access roads.
- Complete snow clearing operations according to site specifications, primarily overnight following snow events.
- Perform daily pre-trip and post-trip equipment inspections to ensure equipment is safe and in good working order.
- Identify and avoid on-site hazards (curbs, light standards, fire hydrants, parked vehicles).

- Communicate effectively with supervisors regarding site conditions and job completion.

Qualifications & Requirements

- Proven experience operating heavy front-end loaders (snow plowing experience preferred).
- Valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation in winter months.
- Flexible availability to respond to snow events on short notice, including overnight, early morning, and weekend shifts.
- Strong situational awareness and commitment to secure equipment operation.
- Ability to work independently in winter night conditions.
