Cedarwood Contracting is seeking reliable truck operators for the upcoming 2025/26 snow removal season. If you have experience handling heavy-duty pickup trucks in winter conditions, this is a excellent opportunity to join a professional, growing team.

Equipment You’ll Operate

- 3/4 Ton & 1 Ton Trucks
- Equipped with V-Blades and In-Bed Salters

Operators will be responsible for managing a snow route during every snow event of the season.

Duties include

- Plowing with V-blades to keep lots and lanes clear.
- Salting properties using in-bed salters.
- Completing post-storm cleanup for secure site access.
- Safely operating and caring for assigned truck and equipment.
- Filling out log sheets to track work completed.
- Supervising a shovel crew member assigned to your truck, ensuring they complete their work properly.

Compensation

- Hourly pay + seasonal retainers available (to be discussed during in-person meetings).

Qualifications

- Minimum 2–3 years’ experience plowing snow with trucks (3/4 ton or 1 ton).
- Ability to safely operate and maintain truck, plow, and salter equipment.




- Must be on-call throughout the season (day & night availability).
- Clean driver’s abstract required.
- Reliable transportation to and from work.
- Ability to work long shifts in challenging winter conditions.
