Snow Removal Technician – $30/hour + Season Completion Bonus

RockyPeaks Solutions is a locally owned, family-run property care company looking for a reliable, hardworking Snow Removal Technician to join our team.

What we offer

- $30/hour, paid through payroll.
- An additional $3 per hour worked during the winter season, payable as a bonus upon completion of the full season, subject to the written offer’s eligibility terms.
- Mileage reimbursement for approved work-related travel between properties.

Your responsibilities
- Transparent snow from sidewalks, driveways, entrances, and designated areas using shovels, snow blowers, and other equipment.
- Apply ice melt and sand to manage slippery conditions.
- Complete general property maintenance between snowfalls.
- Follow assigned routes and respond reliably to scheduled work.




- Record completed work and report property or equipment issues.
- Operate equipment safely and maintain a clean work area.

What we’re looking for
- A valid driver’s licence and reliable personal vehicle with appropriate insurance for work-related use.
- Ability to perform physically demanding outdoor work in winter conditions.
- Reliability, attention to detail, and good time-management skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Availability for early mornings, weekends, and holidays as required.

Schedule and hours Hours vary with snowfall, weather conditions, and available maintenance work. No minimum hours are guaranteed. Overtime, vacation pay, and general holiday pay will be provided in accordance with applicable Alberta employment standards.
