Employment Summary

When snow falls, Winnipeg depends on people who are ready to get out there and keep things moving. With winter approaching, TNG Landscaping is looking for hardworking, dependable people to join our snow shoveling crews. You’ll work outdoors as part of a team clearing snow around Winnipeg so that businesses can open, walkways are safe, and people can get where they need to go. It’s physical, important work, and our crews make a real difference to the community every time it snows.

Schedule

- On-call during snowfall
- Shifts may fall on weekdays or weekends




- Start times depend on snowfall and the work required.

What We Provide

- Transportation from our office site and to work locations
- Work gloves

Responsibilities

- Shovel snow and clear walkways, entrances, and other work areas
- Work safely and cooperatively as part of a crew
- Be available to respond when snowfall requires crews to be called in

Qualifications / Requirements

- Able to work outdoors in cold weather and perform physical work
- Available on short notice, including overnight and early morning hours
- Reliable and punctual
- Must bring and wear warm clothing and footwear suitable for working outdoors in Winnipeg’s winter weather
- No experience necessary
