About M Chá Bar Founded in 2018, M Chá Bar is a growing Canadian food and beverage brand bringing together Asian-inspired flavors, creative beverages, artisanal gelato, and modern café culture. With multiple store locations across the GTA and new concepts currently in development, we are expanding our marketing team to drive viral growth, elevate our visual storytelling, and lead short-form video creation.

Who We Are Looking For

We are looking for a high-energy, creative, and execution-driven Content Creator who lives and breathes social media. You know what makes a Reel or TikTok go viral, you have a keen eye for food aesthetic, and you love turning creative ideas into high-quality video content.

KEY: Applications without a portfolio or links to short-form video work (Reels / TikTok / Xiaohongshu) will NOT be reviewed.

Key Responsibilities

1. Short-Form Video Production & Social Growth (60%)

- Plan, Film, & Edit: Produce engaging, high-performing short-form videos (Instagram Reels, TikToks, Xiaohongshu/Rednote) for M Chá Bar and our upcoming new brand concepts.
- On-Site Content Capture: Visit store locations across the GTA (primarily Vaughan/Concord area) to film product showcases, behind-the-scenes prep, customer reactions, and lifestyle visuals.
- Trend & Audio Hijacking: Stay ahead of social media trends, viral audio, and memes to create timely, relatable content that drives organic reach and engagement.

2. Influencer & KOC Community Outreach (20%)

- Creator Outreach: Proactively identify, message, and invite local Toronto foodies, influencers, and community partners for store visits, tasting events, and gifting campaigns.
- Relationship Management:



Build authentic connections with local creators and track collaboration deliverables and traffic results.

3. Campaign Execution & Brand Promotion (20%)

- Promotional Asset Creation: Create quick, eye-catching digital graphics, promotional menus, and posters using Canva or Adobe Suite.
- Campaign Support: Assist in executing new product launches, seasonal campaigns, and grand openings across multi-store locations.
- Analytics Tracking: Monitor weekly social metrics (views, reach, engagement) and optimize future content based on what performs best.

Qualifications & Requirements
- 1–3 years of hands-on experience in social media content creation, specifically with a focus on short-form video editing (CapCut, Premiere Pro, or equivalent).
- Strong Portfolio: Demonstrated track record of creating engaging video content with good visual aesthetics (experience in F&B;, hospitality, or lifestyle is a major plus).
- AI-Assisted Efficiency: Experience leveraging AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, Midjourney, etc.) to speed up copywriting, ideation, and workflow planning.
- Platform Expertise: Deep understanding of Instagram Reels, TikTok, and Xiaohongshu (Rednote) algorithms and user behavior.
- Mobility: Ability to travel to store locations across the GTA for content filming.
- Bilingual Advantage: Ability to communicate in English and Mandarin is an asset.
