About endo endo is the software behind the contemporary sports agency. Agents use endo to run their whole business in one place: rosters, endorsement deals, contracts, deliverables and payments.

Our valuation product, endodeals, puts a fair market value on every endorsement. Agencies across hockey, football, basketball, tennis and more are already live on endo, ahead of our official launch. We’re a small, venture-backed team in Toronto, and we ship every week.

The role

You’ll build endo end to end, from the database to the screen an agent sees, working directly with our founders and product engineering team.

- Ship features across the stack, from schema and APIs to polished UI
- Build the core of the platform: deal pipelines, contracts, deliverables tracking and payments
- Help build endodeals, our valuation engine, and the data pipelines that feed it
- Talk to the agents who use endo, then turn what you hear into product
- Own what you ship: test it, release it, watch it in production and fix it fast

What you bring





- 1-3 years building and shipping web applications, through full-time work, internships, co-ops or serious side projects
- Solid JavaScript or TypeScript, with a modern front-end framework such as React
- Back-end experience with Node.js or similar, building REST APIs
- Comfort with relational databases such as PostgreSQL
- Working knowledge of Git and cloud deployment
- Clear written communication

Nice to have: experience at an early-stage startup, data or ML work, or a real interest in the business of sports.

Bonus: you played sports.
