BMO Groupe financier recherche un(e) spécialiste en IA conversationnelle pour piloter la découverte produit et développer des expériences IA au sein du centre d’appels Connexion virtuelle BMO.

Vous travaillerez avec les équipes technologie, analytique, conception et gestion des risques pour concevoir des solutions évolutives et responsables répondant aux objectifs opérationnels. Disponibilité lundi au vendredi, 9 h à 17 h HE, et adaptation possible au contexte international.
