We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Staff Accountant specializing in Financial Reporting to join our dynamic team.

The Staff

Accountant will play a crucial role in ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting to support decision-making processes and maintain compliance with regulatory standards. Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in accordance with GAAP (Generally Accepted Accounting Principles). Conduct variance analysis to identify trends, discrepancies, and opportunities for improvement.

Collaborate with internal stakeholders to gather financial data and ensure accuracy and completeness of reporting. Assist in the implementation and maintenance of internal controls to safeguard financial assets and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements. Participate in the year-end audit process, providing support and documentation as required.





Prepare ad-hoc financial reports and analysis as requested by management. Stay updated on changes in accounting standards and regulations to ensure compliance and best practices. Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.

CPA certification or currently pursing CPA certification 2 years of experience in financial reporting, preferably in a corporate setting or public accounting firm. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and experience with accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP).
