Faire seeks a senior software leader to own the end-to-end architecture for next-generation ad formats, building a unified, rapid, and scalable serving layer across surfaces and devices. You’ll design automated systems for format serving, optimization, and A/B testing to maximize outcomes.

You will mentor engineers, collaborate with Product and Design, and set technical direction for ad formats while driving cross-functional impact and cost-conscious engineering practices.
