Responsibilities

- Prepare and serve a variety of hot and cold beverages, ensuring quality and consistency with every order
- Operate POS (Point of Sale) systems such as Micros POS to process transactions accurately and efficiently
- Handle food preparation tasks including assembling food items, maintaining food safety standards, and ensuring cleanliness in the food prep area
- Provide friendly, attentive customer service by engaging with guests, answering questions, and accommodating special requests
- Manage cash handling responsibilities with accuracy, including cash register operations and balancing cash drawers at shift end
- Follow food safety guidelines and proper food handling procedures to maintain a safe environment for customers and staff
- Maintain cleanliness of the store environment,



including counters, equipment, and dining areas, to ensure a welcoming atmosphere

Experience

- Previous experience in the food industry or food service environment is preferred but not required; we welcome motivated learners eager to grow their skills
- Barista experience is a plus but training will be provided for those new to coffee preparation
- Solid time management skills to prioritize tasks during busy periods while maintaining quality standards
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and positively with diverse guests
- Basic math skills for cash handling, order accuracy, and inventory management
- Knowledge of POS systems such as Micros POS is advantageous but not mandatory—training will be provided
- Familiarity with food safety practices and proper food handling procedures ensures compliance with health standards
