Job Summary

Jolly Bubble is seeking an energetic, customer-focused Store Manager to oversee daily operations at our indoor children’s playground. The ideal candidate is a strong leader who can manage staff, drive sales, deliver exceptional customer experiences, and maintain a safe, clean, and welcoming environment for children and families.

Key Responsibilities

- Oversee daily operations to ensure efficient, safe, and smooth business operations.
- Recruit, train, schedule, supervise, and develop team members.
- Monitor sales performance, manage expenses, and implement strategies to achieve business goals.
- Deliver exceptional customer service and resolve customer concerns professionally.
- Maintain cleanliness, safety standards, and compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Oversee POS transactions, cash handling, inventory, and daily administrative tasks.
- Maintain a positive team culture and ensure a fun, welcoming experience for every guest.

Qualifications





- Minimum 3 years of management experience; retail, hospitality, or children’s entertainment experience preferred.
- Strong leadership, communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience managing staff schedules, training employees, and overseeing daily operations.
- Comfortable with POS systems, cash handling, sales reporting, and basic administrative tasks.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize responsibilities, and work effectively in a fast-paced workplace.
- Availability to work weekends and statutory holidays.
