A leading food production company based in Canada is seeking an HR Director to act as a strategic partner to executive leadership. Responsibilities include aligning HR strategies with business goals, supporting workforce planning, and leading HR initiatives. The candidate should have 8–12 years of HR experience, preferably in logistics, and solid knowledge of the Canada Labour Code. The role requires excellent communication skills and may require up to 15% travel.
