BGIS is seeking a Utility Program Lead to drive client transitions, coordinate cross-functional projects, and deliver timely, decision-ready reports. You will translate requirements into actionable plans, manage risks, and ensure governance across utility operations and finance teams.

In this role you will lead workstreams for transitions and renewals, maintain transition milestones, support data collection and account setup, and help optimize tools, workflows, and templates to improve service
