Duties

- Prepare and assemble sandwiches according to company standards, ensuring quality and presentation
- Operate POS systems, including Micros POS, to process customer transactions accurately and efficiently
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of workstations, kitchen areas, and dining spaces in compliance with food safety regulations
- Handle cash transactions with precision, including cash handling and cashiering responsibilities
- Provide outstanding customer service by greeting guests warmly, answering questions, and upselling menu items to enhance their experience
- Manage time effectively during busy hours to ensure timely order completion and customer satisfaction




- Supervise team members by assigning tasks, providing guidance, and supporting daily operations to meet performance goals

Skills

- Proven experience in food preparation, food handling, or food service roles within the restaurant or food industry
- Familiarity with POS systems for efficient transaction processing
- Strong time management skills to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and skilled demeanor
- Knowledge of food safety standards, sanitation practices, and proper food handling procedures
- Basic math skills for cash handling, measuring ingredients, and calculating totals or change
- Ability to upsell menu items confidently to increase sales and enhance customer satisfaction
- Kitchen experience or restaurant background preferred for supervisory roles
- Effective communication skills for team coordination and customer interactions
