This is a position for every Sunday with the option of another day.

A gas allowance is paid if you live more than 10km one way from our location.

Join our dynamic team as a Housekeeper and play a vital role in creating a clean, welcoming, and comfortable environment for residents, guests.

Duties

- Perform thorough cleaning of rooms, common areas, bathrooms, kitchens, and other designated spaces using appropriate cleaning tools and supplies
- Maintain cleanliness of floors, carpets, windows, furniture, and fixtures to uphold hygiene standards
- Handle laundry duties including washing, drying, folding, and organizing linens and clothing as needed
- Restock supplies such as toiletries, cleaning products, and linens to ensure availability for residents or guests
- Follow safety protocols and proper handling procedures for cleaning chemicals and equipment
- Report any maintenance issues or damages promptly to ensure swift resolution




- Adhere to established cleaning schedules and quality standards to deliver consistent service excellence

Skills

- Proven custodial experience with a strong understanding of cleaning procedures and safety practices
- Excellent attention to detail to ensure all areas meet cleanliness standards
- Ability to operate various cleaning equipment such as vacuums, buffers, mops, and steam cleaners efficiently
- Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks within designated timeframes
- Good communication skills for effective coordination with team members and supervisors
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining a positive attitude
- Knowledge of commercial cleaning techniques preferred but not required

Pay: $18.25-$22.00 per hour Expected hours: 8.0 – 16.0 per week
