Job Overview: Requirement/Must Have: Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, logistics, or related field. Recognized certification in Project Management is required or enrollment in a certification program where minimum criteria are satisfied. Knowledgeable in project management software and systems.

Solid understanding of the end-to-end supply chain process. Good understanding of aerospace methods of manufacture. Minimum 5 years experience working in a corporate environment, managing complex projects in a multidisciplinary setting.

Strong verbal and written communication skills. Ability to provide functional managers with team member strengths and opportunities for improvement. Ability to work independently as well as with a team.

Responsibilities

Define and execute supplier source change projects that respond to new product development, strategic initiatives, and business continuity risks. Work across global teams and report progress to management at various levels of the organization. Develop and coordinate project plans, budget requirements, and timelines.

Execute end-to-end supply chain processes. Analyze impact and business performance of supply chain patterns. Develop cost-benefit analysis of proposed initiatives. Lead cross-functional teams. Manage third-party vendors to ensure project success.

Review project performance and present status updates to stakeholders. Monitor project risks and implement corrective actions. Ensure projects are delivered on-time and within budget. Prepare project progress reports and escalation requests.

Manage and communicate to the various project stakeholders.
