Requirements:
- At least 2 years of recruitment experience, focused on industrial trades
- Proficient with sourcing techniques and recruitment marketing
- Full-cycle recruitment experience is essential
- Familiarity with ICIMs and SharePoint software
- Strong communication with operational teams to ascertain needs
