Duties

- Develop and implement tailored lesson plans that meet individual student needs and learning goals
- Deliver clear, engaging instruction across a variety of subjects, adapting methods to suit different learning styles
- Provide constructive feedback to students to motivate improvement and celebrate achievements
- Assess student progress regularly through quizzes, assignments, and informal observations
- Maintain open communication with students, parents, or guardians regarding progress and areas for development




- Create a supportive classroom atmosphere that promotes active participation and respect among learners
- Use educational resources and technology effectively to enhance the learning experience

Skills

- Proven experience in tutoring or teaching, preferably with children or young learners
- Solid communication skills to explain concepts clearly and listen actively to student needs
- Ability to adapt teaching methods to accommodate diverse learning styles and abilities
- Classroom experience that demonstrates effective management of student engagement and behavior
- Knowledge of educational best practices and curriculum standards in relevant subjects
- Enthusiasm for education, patience, and a motivating attitude that inspires students’ confidence
- Excellent organizational skills to plan lessons, track progress, and manage time efficiently

Pay: $18.16-$25.00 per hour
