- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the sales floor, stockrooms, and common areas
- Support inventory management by restocking shelves and conducting stock counts
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals and improve store operations
- Follow safety protocols and company policies to create a secure environment for all
- Participate in training sessions to stay informed about new products and procedures





Qualifications

- Strong communication skills with a positive attitude and eagerness to help others
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced setting while maintaining attention to detail
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Previous retail or customer service experience is a plus but not required
- Basic math skills for handling transactions and inventory tasks
- A proactive approach with the willingness to learn and grow within the team
