Locations: St Johns, NB and Fredericton, NB

Pay Rate: $26-$30 per hour

Insight Global is seeking multiple Deskside Support Technicians to support a high-priority technology initiative within a large public-sector client setting.

These resources will play a key role in supporting increased demand for device deployment, asset management, and desktop support across multiple client locations throughout New Brunswick. The role will involve onsite, hands-on support, with travel to other nearby client sites as required.

Key Responsibilities:

- Device imaging and deployment
- Software installation and support
- Gathering information and requirements from clients
- Troubleshooting hardware and software issues
- Physical setup, removal, and exchange of desktop equipment
- Tracking and reporting daily work




- Other technical duties within skillset as assigned by the team lead or manager

Required Skills and Experience:

- IT diploma or equivalent post-secondary education
- 2+ years of recent and relevant IT support experience
- Strong customer service experience
- Hands-on experience providing onsite support for users and devices
