Nous cherchons actuellement à accueillir un(e) technicien(ne) comptable pour soutenir la gestion financière et contribuer à l’efficacité de nos opérations quotidiennes.

Responsabilités principales

Sous la supervision de la direction, vous serez responsable :

- Assurer la tenue de livres complète et à jour
- Gérer les comptes payables et recevables
- Effectuer la saisie des factures fournisseurs et des comptes clients
- Effectuer les conciliations bancaires et de cartes de crédit
- Préparer les paiements et effectuer les dépôts
- Soutenir la préparation des rapports financiers mensuels
- Participer au processus de fin de mois (rapprochements, régularisations, etc.)
- Collaborer avec le comptable externe pour les dossiers de fin d’année
- Classer, organiser et maintenir la documentation comptable
- Offrir un soutien administratif général selon les besoins de l’équipe

Profil recherché

- DEP, AEC ou DEC en comptabilité, administration ou domaine connexe
- 1 à 5 ans d’expérience dans un rôle similaire (PME, un atout)
- Connaisance d'Acomba requise
- Excellente maîtrise d’Excel
- Rigueur, sens de l’organisation et souci du détail
- Capacité à travailler de manière autonome tout en collaborant efficacement
- Attitude positive, professionnelle et orientée solution

About Us

Accessories Machinery Limited is a mechanical company specializing in the manufacturing and maintenance of street sweepers, with facilities located in Montréal and Laval. We are a growing organization looking to add talented individuals to our team.

We are currently seeking an Accounting Technician to support our financial operations and contribute to the efficiency of our day-to-day activities.

Main Responsibilities

Reporting directly to management, your responsibilities will include:

- Maintaining complete and up-to-date book keeping
- Managing accounts payable and accounts receivable
- Entering supplier invoices and customer billing
- Performing bank and credit card reconciliations
- Preparing payments and making deposits
- Supporting the preparation of monthly financial reports
- Participating in the month-end process (reconciliations, adjustments, etc.)
- Collaborating with the external accountant for year-end files
- Organizing, filing, and maintaining accounting documentation
- Providing general administrative support as required by the team

Desired Profile

- DEP, AEC, DEC or equivalent studies in accounting, administration, or a related field
- 1 to 5 years of experience in a similar role (experience in a SME is an asset)
- Knowledge in Acomba required
- Solid proficiency in Excel
- High level of accuracy, organization, and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with the team
- Positive, professional, and solution-oriented attitude
