We are seeking driven and results-oriented Telephone Sales Representatives to join our growing sales team. In this role, you will engage with prospective and existing customers over the phone to identify their needs, recommend products and services, and close sales while delivering an outstanding customer experience.





Successful candidates are confident communicators who enjoy building relationships, meeting performance goals, and working in a rapid-paced sales environment. Build rapport and establish trust with prospective and existing customers. Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions. Overcome objections and confidently close sales opportunities. Accurately document customer interactions and sales activities.

Meet or exceed individual sales and performance targets. Follow all company policies and compliance requirements. Participate in regular coaching sessions and sales training. The Ideal candidates for this position are highly motivated and dedicated and should possess the below qualities: High school diploma or equivalent.

Strong customer service orientation. Basic computer proficiency. Ability to thrive in a performance-driven environment. One year of inside sales, retail sales, customer service, or contact centre sales experience.

Experience working with sales metrics and performance goals.
