About Us

We are a growing property management company seeking a motivated and sales-driven Tenant Placement Agent to help fill vacancies across our Toronto rental portfolio. We are looking for a proactive professional who can attract prospective tenants, coordinate showings, and secure successful tenant placements.

Responsibilities

- Market available rental properties throughout Toronto and surrounding areas.
- Respond to rental inquiries and generate prospective tenant leads.
- Schedule and conduct property showings.
- Collect and review rental applications and supporting documents.
- Coordinate tenant screening and reference checks in accordance with applicable laws.
- Communicate with property owners and prospective tenants.
- Assist with lease documentation and move-in coordination.
- Follow up with leads and work toward occupancy targets.
- Maintain accurate records of inquiries, applications, and placements.

Qualifications
- Experience in leasing, real estate, property management, or sales is an asset.
- Excellent communication, negotiation,



and customer service skills.
- Strong follow-up and organizational abilities.
- Comfortable working independently and meeting performance targets.
- Flexible availability for evening and weekend showings.
- Reliable transportation is an asset.
- Any required real estate registration or licensing must be held where applicable.

Compensation This is a commission-only prospect with no guaranteed base salary. Earnings are based on successful tenant placements, according to the company's written commission agreement.

Commission rates, payment terms, and placement requirements will be discussed during the hiring process.
