Position Overview

SmartVMC by ACE is seeking an experienced Tennis Professional to join our coaching team. This is an excellent opportunity for a coach with a strong high performance background who is passionate about developing competitive juniors and helping adults improve their game.

The successful candidate will play a key role in delivering high-quality programming while working alongside ACE senior staff.

Compensation & Opportunities

- Starting at $35+/hour for group training

(rate may increase based on experience and qualifications)

Key Responsibilities:

Coaching

- Deliver high performance coaching sessions for competitive junior players
- Run Adult programming, including clinics, drills, and match play
- Provide Private lessons tailored to individual player goals and skill levels

Program Support

- Maintain accurate attendance records for your sessions
- Respond to member, parent and management inquiries professionally and promptly




- Work with Academy and club management on scheduling and program needs

What We're Looking For

- Minimum Tennis Canada Club Professional 1 certification
- 5–10 years of experience coaching high performance juniors
- Experience coaching adults is a strong asset
- Strong communication skills with players and parents
- High energy and a positive, member-focused attitude
- Availability for evenings and weekends

Compensation Remuneration based on experience.
