Responsibilities

- Prepare a variety of food and beverages according to established recipes and quality standards
- Operate POS systems, including Micros POS, to process transactions accurately and efficiently
- Handle cash and credit card payments with precision, ensuring proper cash handling procedures
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of workstations, dining areas, and equipment following food safety standards
- Provide friendly, attentive customer service by taking orders, answering questions, and upselling menu items when appropriate
- Manage time effectively during busy periods to ensure prompt service and minimize wait times




- Follow all food handling procedures to uphold safety regulations and ensure product quality

Requirements

- Previous experience in food preparation or food industry roles is preferred but not required; training will be provided
- Familiarity with POS systems such as Micros POS is advantageous
- Strong time management skills with the ability to multitask in a rapid-paced environment
- Excellent customer service skills with a positive attitude and clear communication abilities
- Knowledge of food safety standards, sanitation practices, and proper food handling techniques
- Basic math skills for cash handling, order accuracy, and upselling opportunities
- Restaurant or food service experience is a plus but not mandatory; enthusiasm to learn is essential
