Tire Sales Associate – Calgary

EVS Tire is looking for a friendly, reliable, and sales-focused individual to join our Calgary store. You will help customers choose suitable tires, provide accurate quotes, and deliver a positive experience from the first enquiry through to purchase and pickup.

Responsibilities

- Assist customers in person, by phone, and through online enquiries.
- Understand customers’ vehicle details, tire requirements, driving needs, and budgets.
- Explain product options and verify tire specifications before recommending products.
- Prepare quotes, follow up on enquiries, and convert sales opportunities into completed orders.
- Process payments and maintain accurate customer and order records.
- Coordinate customer pickups and assist with inventory checks.
- Keep the showroom clean, organized,



and welcoming.

Qualifications
- Previous retail sales or customer service experience.
- Tire or automotive industry experience is an asset.
- Solid communication skills and a customer-focused approach.
- Confidence recommending products and closing sales.
- Basic computer skills and comfort using sales and inventory systems.
- Good attention to detail, reliability, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Compensation
- Hourly pay of CAD $22.00–$25.00.
- Additional sales commission.
- Commission details will be discussed during the interview process.
