About the role

We represent Express Heat Therapy & Revinix at consumer trade shows across Canada. You’ll demo premium heat and compression recovery products to people who are already stopping at our booth, then help them buy what fits them best.

If you like talking to people, competing, and getting paid directly on results, this is that role.

What you’ll do

- Work 8–10 hour days at 2–4 day trade shows during our three main seasons (Jan–Apr, Jun–Aug, Sep–Nov)
- Greet visitors, run product demos, answer questions in plain language
- Follow a proven sales process (we train you) to close sales on the floor
- Join weekly paid sales workshops (3 hours, $60) to sharpen your skills and increase your daily take‑home

How you get paid Onboarding (first 12 show days):

- $175 guaranteed per show day
- Plus 5% commission on your full day’s sales once you reach $1,000 in sales that day

After onboarding (ongoing):

- 20–30% commission on your full day’s sales (no cap)
- Exact percentage depends on how much you sell that day

Illustrative daily earning potential (examples from our current comp plan):

- Around $1,300 in sales: $325–$390/day
- $2,000 in sales: ~$600/day
- $3,000 in sales: ~$900/day
- $4,000 in sales: ~$1,200/day
- $5,000+ in sales: $1,500+/day

Actual earnings depend on your individual performance, the shows you work, and how many days you commit.
