Duties

- Greet customers warmly and assist them in selecting vaping products, accessories, and related merchandise.
- Conduct product demonstrations and explain features to help customers make informed choices.
- Manage point-of-sale (POS) transactions accurately, including cash handling and processing payments.
- Upsell complementary products and promote special offers to enhance customer satisfaction and sales.
- Maintain organized merchandising displays, restock shelves, and ensure the store is clean and inviting.
- Provide technical support by explaining product usage, troubleshooting basic issues, and answering customer questions clearly.
- Handle phone inquiries professionally, schedule product demos, and assist with inventory management.





Experience

- Previous retail sales experience, especially in technology or specialty retail environments, is highly desirable.
- Strong communication skills in English; bilingual abilities are a plus for serving diverse customer bases.
- Experience with POS systems, cashiering, and cash handling procedures.
- Knowledge of vaping products, accessories, or related technology sales is preferred but not required—training will be provided.
- Demonstrated ability to perform product demos confidently and educate customers on technical features.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage time effectively during busy hours.
- Strong customer service orientation with proactive communication skills and phone etiquette.
