Morgan Animal Hospital, located in Niagara Falls, is seeking a highly motivated, customer service centered, personable receptionist to complement our team. We are looking for someone who loves people, thrives on providing exceptional customer service and is naturally willing to go above and beyond to find solutions for any and every problem. Veterinary CSR experience is a must.

The perfect applicant must have excellent customer service and telephone communication skills. Shifts during the week will vary between our hours of operation - Mon and Fri 7:30am-7:00pm, Tues, Wed and Thurs 7:30am-6:00pm. Every other Sat 7:30am to 2pm also required.

Responsibilities will include professional client communication, medical record entry and assisting the healthcare team. Ability to confidently book appointments, handle cash/complete invoices, deescalate conflict when needed and lift up to 50 lbs are primary job requirements.



Remuneration will be dependent on experience and skills.
