After gaining the necessary experience in your role as a Banking Advisor, many options will be available to you. Our training programs use on-the-job learning to help you master your role. You can access personalized training content on such topics as banking solutions and the advisory approach to support your ongoing learning. 3+ years of banking experience ~ Strong knowledge of Personal banking solutions and Small Business banking experience is considered an asset ~ Proven advisory experience with a collaborative mindset and a commitment to fostering diversity and inclusion ~ Valuable knowledge of all Bank and subsidiaries deposit and lending products & services ~ Strong customer service and troubleshooting skills ~ Follows policies and procedures when completing tasks ~ Highly versatile,
