House of Friendship in Waterloo Region seeks a Health Initiatives Manager to lead the Health Initiatives team within Shelter Care and Supportive Housing, coordinating wraparound health supports and collaborating across programs.

This permanent, full time role (37.5 hours) involves supervision, staff development, program operations, data reporting, and ensuring safe, confidential service delivery, with evening/weekend coverage for 24/7 operations.
