The Good Samaritan Society is seeking a Clinical Services Lead (CSL) – Long Term Care to provide leadership for LTC services, including dementia care and adult day programs. The role emphasizes ensuring protected, high-quality resident care while managing resources and collaborating with families and stakeholders.

The CSL-LTC reports to the Manager, Site and Clinical Services and must build a culture of safety, continuous improvement, and effective communication within a dynamic care home environment
