Forbes GM is currently seeking a Warranty Administrator to join our team of customer focused professionals within our high volume and process-driven dealership.

Purpose/Summary of Position:

The Warranty Administrator reviews and completes warranty claims; uses technical information sources as needed to complete claims; reviews, corrects, and resubmits claims that have been rejected; maintains complete and accurate records for warranty claims; uses DMS to submit warranty claims and to manage information; coordinates and works effectively with other employees to resolve problems with warranty repair orders.

Candidates must possess:

- Valid driver’s license
- Minimum High School Diploma
- Post-Secondary Education Preferred
- Previous automotive dealership experience an asset
- Previous administrative experience required
