Techo-Bloc in Saint-Hubert, QC is seeking a Customer Service Specialist to serve dealers across Canada and the U.S. The role ensures accurate order processing and timely follow-up, delivering a high-touch, white-glove experience rather than a call center approach.

You are bilingual (French & English), organized, proactive and comfortable taking ownership in a agile environment.

Salary ranges from $62,500 to $72,500 annually, with performance bonuses; schedule Mon-Fri, 9AM-6PM or 10AM-7PM.
