Production Support & Issue Resolution

- Provide day-to-day support for Workday HCM modules, including Core HCM, Compensation, Advantages, Talent, Payroll, and Absence.
- Troubleshoot and resolve functional and configuration issues, ensuring timely resolution of support tickets and service requests.
- Serve as an escalation point for complex Workday issues and provide root cause analysis and recommendations.
- Monitor system performance, data quality, and business process effectiveness.
