Job Summary

Megaplus Group Ltd. is seeking an experienced and motivated B2B Sales Representative to promote and sell melamine and MDF boards to millwork shops, kitchen cabinet manufacturers, and other businesses in the cabinetry industry. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying new customers, visiting businesses, building strong client relationships, and developing new sales opportunities. This position requires strong communication and negotiation skills, a proactive sales approach, and a valid driver's liscence. Compensation includes a base salary plus commission.

Duties

- Identify and contact potential customers in the millwork and kitchen cabinetry industries.
- Visit businesses to introduce and promote the company's melamine and MDF board products.
- Develop new business opportunities and expand the customer base.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with existing and prospective customers.
- Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products.
- Prepare quotations, follow up on inquiries, and help convert leads into sales.




- Achieve sales targets and contribute to the company's growth.

Skills

- Previous sales experience is required.
- B2B sales experience is preferred.
- Strong bilingual or multilingual communication skills (English plus additional languages)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Robust negotiation, presentation, and customer relationship management skills.
- Excellent organizational skills to manage time efficiently in a busy environment
- Ability to identify new business opportunities and generate leads.
- Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently
- Good organization and time management skills.
- Strong communication skills coupled with active listening abilities for upselling opportunities
- Willingness to travel to customer locations within the assigned territory.
