THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:

- Energy, enthusiasm, and passion for all things cycling
- Proficient bike mechanic skills with at least 1 year experience
- Problem solver with positive working attitude
- Knowledgeable within the cycling industry and regularly updates themselves on latest technologies
- Effective and qualified communicator with customers and team members
- Passion for helping customers with their cycling needs
- Detail oriented and striving for ongoing improvement in skills

JOB DUTIES:

- Service Writing – scheduling bikes in for service and maintenance
- Communicate with customers in a professional and positive manner
- Completing all repairs to the highest standard




- Build and prepare new bikes for display and sale
- Actively maintain and clean work areas
- Co-ordinating with staff on day-to-day duties
- Other duties per request

ADDITIONAL:

- Ideal but not essential; experience in using Lightspeed PoS
- Bike Mechanic Experience at least 1 year
- Experience with Campagnolo is appreciated but not required
- Customer Service Experience at least 1 year

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $22.00-$30.00 per hour

Expected hours: 39.0 per week
