$20–25/hr during training. Commission potential $80k–$100k+ per year.

- Hands-on paint repair work on customer vehicles

Requirements:
- Reliable vehicle
- Able to work outdoors in all weather
- Steady hands, patient
- Two references who can speak to your punctuality and reliability
- Bring photos of your own detailing or repair work to the interview
