No prior experience is required—we will fully train you on the job! You will assist a lead technician in deep-cleaning commercial kitchen hoods, ducts, and rooftop fans for local restaurants and facilities. If you are dependable, thrive in physical roles, and don't mind getting your hands dirty, we want to hear from you.What You Will Do

- Prepare the Workspace: Set up plastic sheeting to protect kitchen equipment and wrap appliances before cleaning begins.
- Assist with Cleaning: Use scrapers, chemical degreasers, and high-pressure hot water washers to remove grease from hoods and vents.
- Rooftop Assistance: Help carry equipment, climb ladders, and assist the lead tech with cleaning roof-mounted exhaust fans.
- Pack Up & Clean: Wrap up hoses, clean the service vehicle, wipe down kitchen surfaces, and mop floors to leave the kitchen spotless.





Job Requirements

- Dependable & Punctual: Must show up on time for shifts, as our schedule depends on restaurant closing hours.
- Physically Fit: Able to lift up to 50–70 lbs, climb tall ladders, work on roofs, and navigate tight spaces.
- Versatile Schedule: Willing to work night shifts and early mornings when commercial kitchens are closed.
- Driver's License: A valid driver's license and reliable transportation to get to work or the shop is highly preferred.
- Team Player: Positive attitude and a willingness to learn a valuable trade.
