Why this role
We’re opening our first sales office outside San Francisco. It’s in Toronto. You’ll be one of the first AEs in the room, and you’ll help shape how it runs.
What you’ll do
- Run full-cycle deals with US mid-market and enterprise companies.
- Sell to VPs of Sales, CROs and heads of sales development.
- Work meetings from our SDR team. Build your own pipeline too.
- Run discovery, demos, business cases and multi-threaded deals through to close.
- Sell on Eastern hours. Your buyers are in the US.
What you bring
- 3+ years closing B2B SaaS deals. Mid-market or above.
- Experience selling into US buyers. Big plus.
- A real sales process. MEDDIC, SPICED or similar.
- Solid discovery. You read the room.
- You can cold call. You don’t wait for pipeline to show up.
- You want to work in an office, with your team.
Compensation
- OTE: CA$160,000 to CA$240,000.
- Base: CA$80,000 to CA$120,000. 50/50 base to commission.
- Uncapped commission. Accelerators past 100%.
