Responsibilities : Customer Service

- Greet and interact with residents and prospects in a friendly and skilled manner
- Promote a welcoming atmosphere
- Demonstrate excellent customer service and a "can-do" attitude
- Attend to resident concerns and service requests within 24 hours
- Follow up with residents to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction
- Organize, promote and execute resident events (i.e. holiday parties and summer barbeques)

Leasing & Administration

- Schedule property showings with prospects
- Ensure rents are collected and deposited on a timely basis
- Negotiate lease renewals in conjunction with established targets
- Utilize Yardi to record transactions and run various operating reports




- Conduct market surveys and analyze how the property compares to the current market
- Recommend leasing rates and in-suite turnover work to the District Manager
- Actively promote various referral programs to existing residents and prospects

Qualifications :

- Background in residential property management or related business experience (leasing apartments, selling condominiums and office administration)
- Excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills
- Good working knowledge and ability to use computer software, Microsoft Word, Excel, Yardi and RentCafe
- Display a professional/presentable appearance
- Bilingual in English and French is required
