Sales Associate - Optometric Assistant

As a Sales Associate, you’ll play a vital role in ensuring our patients receive exceptional service and care while finding the perfect eyewear to suit their needs.

Key Responsibilities

- Educate patients on the best eyewear options for their lifestyle.
- Stay up-to-date on technological advancements and communicate them to patients.
- Assist with frame selections to ensure proper fit and style.
- Submit orders accurately to our lab and perform necessary follow-ups.
- Conduct frame repairs and adjustments.
- Provide contact lens insertion and removal training.
- Perform visual field tests and other optical procedures.
- Meet and exceed store retail sales goals.
- Deliver outstanding customer service in a fast-paced clinic environment.

Requirements :

- Education : Grade 12 Diploma.

- Experience : Minimum 1 year of customer service experience; optical industry experience considered an asset

- Skills :





- Strong multitasking abilities.

- Ability to work independently with mínimal supervision.

- Great interpersonal and communication skills.

- Other :

- Must be willing to work at different locations (High River and Okotoks).

- Valid driver’s license and a reliable vehicle.
