Overview

Duties

- Provide exceptional customer service by assisting customers with their inquiries and needs.
- Conduct product demonstrations to showcase features and advantages, enhancing customer understanding.
- Engage in retail sales activities, including upselling and cross-selling products to maximize sales opportunities.
- Operate the Point of Sale (POS) system accurately for transactions, including cash handling and cashiering duties.
- Maintain organized merchandising displays to attract customers and promote products effectively.
- Utilize strong communication skills to interact with customers in both English and other languages as needed.
- Demonstrate technical sales knowledge by explaining product specifications and functionalities.
- Manage time effectively to ensure all tasks are completed efficiently during shifts.

Qualifications

- Previous experience in retail sales or customer service is preferred.
- Multilingual or bilingual abilities are highly desirable to cater to a diverse customer base.




- Familiarity with technology sales and the ability to conduct engaging product demos.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in merchandising and inventory management.
- Basic math skills for handling transactions accurately.
- Excellent communication skills, including phone etiquette when interacting with customers over the phone.
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team while also being self-motivated.
