Route Sales Representative: Newmarket, ON

Responsibilities :

- Pre
- sell store orders and merchandise Old Dutch and affiliate products.
- Fill store shelves and displays in large format grocery/big box stores.
- Upsell Old Dutch and affiliated product and build displays for promotional Ad activity.
- Follow company planogram and promotional calendar at each store.
- Manage inventory levels and ensure product freshness.
- Follow with an established service schedule.
- Communicate with the Pre-Sell Delivery Driver for timely deliveries.
- Operate an iPhone ordering system and be responsible for daily settlements.
- Service and communicate to customers in a professional and courteous manner.
- Build relationships with customers
- Manage sales/stale volume vs budgets.

Requirements :

- Sales experience or retail experience is an asset.
- Minimum Grade 12 education (post-secondary education is an asset)
- Valid and clean driver’s license. (Driver’s abstract must be provided)
- Reliable transportation to get you to and from various locations (Mileage paid where applicable).
- Ability to work independently with mínimal supervision.
- Effective organization skills and can handle multiple priorities.




- Team player with solid communication skills.
- Able to perform physically demanding work (lifting, bending, kneeling, etc.)
- Review sales reports with store management.
- Able to work Tuesday to Saturday weekly schedule at times.
