We are seeking a Sales Support Specialist to join our dynamic team in Burlington, Ontario. In this role, you will play a crucial part in supporting our sales efforts and ensuring exceptional customer service. Your contributions will help us maintain our commitment to quality and client satisfaction. Responsibilities

- Assist the sales team with administrative tasks and customer inquiries

- Provide excellent customer service by addressing client needs and concerns

- Process orders accurately and efficiently

- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products and services

- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets

- Prepare sales reports and assist in tracking performance metrics

- Support marketing initiatives to promote our services

- Ensure orders move smoothly from entry to completion using our workflow software





- Participate in training sessions to enhance product knowledge

- Qualifications :

- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written

- Excellent organizational abilities with attention to detail

- Proficient in using office software (e.g., Microsoft Office)

- Experience working with graphic files

- Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks.

- Ability to work collaboratively in a team setting

- Previous experience in sales support or customer service is an asset

- Knowledge of the signage industry is a plus

- Positive attitude with a willingness to learn

Pay: $42,000.00-$45,000.00 per year
