Key Responsibilities :

- Proactively engage with customers, creating a welcoming and luxurious atmosphere.
- Provide personalized fragrance consultations by identifying client preferences, needs, and occasion.
- Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of fragrance notes, families, and our brand's unique story.
- Drive sales to meet and exceed personal and team sales targets and KPIs.
- Operate the Point of Sale (POS) system to process transactions accurately and efficiently.
- Ensure the fragrance counter is impeccably maintained, well-stocked, and visually appealing at all times.
- Assist with inventory management, including receiving, unpacking, and organizing stock.
- Stay current with product knowledge, new launches, and industry trends.

Qualifications & Requirements :

- Previous retail sales experience is required; experience in beauty, cosmetics, or fragrance is highly preferred.
- A proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills; you must be a natural storyteller.

- Must be able to thrive in a fast-paced, high-energy setting and manage multiple customer interactions simultaneously.
- A positive, resilient, and high-energy attitude.
- Strong customer service focus with the ability to handle all client interactions professionally.
- Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- High school diploma or equivalent.

Physical Requirements :

- Ability to stand and walk for the entire duration of your shift (up to 10 hours). :

- Must be comfortable constantly moving and engaging with customers on the sales floor. :

- Ability to lift, carry, and move merchandise weighing up to 25 lbs (11 kg).

- Ability to stoop, kneel, or crouch to retrieve and stock merchandise.
