Responsibilities include :

- Serve as the primary sales representative for new and used golf cars to retail customers and dealers through in-person and online channels.




- Provide expert product knowledge and guidance on golf cars, parts, and related equipment.
- Lead and support retail sales activities to achieve established sales targets and deliver exceptional customer service.
- Manage online listings and marketing initiatives, including posting equipment and following up on sales inquiries.
- Maintain showroom and outdoor retail areas to ensure proper product presentation, organization, and cleanliness.
- Coordinate service preparation for units being sold, including accessory installation and configuration.

- Ability to communicate (verbally and in writing) effectively and professionally with all levels of internal and external business contacts
- Excellent organization skills; able to prioritize and manage time effectively
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy with the ability to work well with mínimal supervision
- Confidence, patience, politeness, tact and diplomacy
- An ability to work well under pressure
- Team player with strong interpersonal skills and an expressed desire to learn

Qualifications :

- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in retail management, sales operations, or a related field.
- Knowledge of golf cars, mechanical equipment, or related products considered an asset.
- Proficient in the use of Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel
- Experience with a ERP system is considered and asset.
- A valid Driver’s License is a must
